Lost my work in Nand2Tetris Online IDE

Hi, I'm using the Online IDE to do my coding. I'm currently midway through Project 3. A browser update (I'm using Google Chrome) automatically occurred, and now my code is gone. Is it possible to recover it at this point? Should I use the desktop version of the software going forward so that this doesn't happen to me again? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
