I just saw this today when catching up on my Hackaday RSS feed: BORA, the binary explorer board. Their kickstarter wraps up Nov 5 if you want to jump on. Not sure if it has space enough for a full hack implementation (it's based around a XC9572XL), but it may be of interest to folks on this forum regardless.
