A-instruction and C-instruction

hey
I couldn`t figure out something while building the CPU - should the A-instruction be fetched into the the A register, or into the AddressM?
I sketched the CPU implementation and I don`t know if I am correct about the order of the registers, can I send anyone the sketch and the code?
