CPU and Memory work, Computer does not

Hello,

Unfortunately I have run into a problem, which I just can't solve. When tested seperately, both the CPU chip as well as the Memory chip pass their respective tests. When put together however, they do not pass all of the Computer tests. I have already searched these forums but have not found a solution yet, hence why I am making a new thread for this.

So, how come my Computer chip doesn't pass the tests while all of its parts when seperated, do?

It's not that uncommon for complex systems to have bugs even though all their parts have passed unit testing.  That's when the debugging gets fun!
