Compiler Error in Windows 10

I wrote a program in Jack and tried to compile it using the .bat file supplied for Windows users. All of the tools included in the zip file for this book work on my computer, except for the included Jack Compiler. I copy and pasted the .bat file for the compiler into the directory where my program's .jack files are. The error I get is:

Error: Could not find or load main class Hack.Compiler.JackCompiler
