Copyright?

When I was studying the book on my own, I drew out the image of the cpu schematic in order to fill in the control lines.  I completed the image and I've kept it around a couple years because I like it so much.

I'm now studying CS at Eastern Michigan University and I'd love to take my drawing and paint it on my jacket.

Would that upset anyone? (authors, publisher etc) ? :)
