Fill.hack not filling my screen black

For some reason the screen does not fill black when I press a key indicating that my code is wrong. I have also tried the automatic.tst and I get an comparison error at line 3 which tests to see if the screen is black so I know for sure I am doing something wrong. I tried going over my code from start to finish a few times and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. Logically it should work when I look at it.

Will someone take a look and point me in the right direction if I email them my code for fill.asm?
