Hello,ny name is andreas and I am from greece.I am an electrical engineer.I was looking desperately for a kind of book like this one!From the very beggining to the top it lets you understand the spine of computers today.And the perspective subchapters guide you to read further!And I am also interested i implementing the nand gate with transistors(as an electrical engineer!)Thank you guys,very great work,and an inspiration for all of us!!

If you want to simulate a Nand gate made with FETs, you can do it with Logisim, http://ozark.hendrix.edu/~burch/logisim/ which is a very nice schematic based logic simulator.
