How can I manually set the hardware sim window size

I have been going through the java code but I cant figure out how to set the main window size so I don't have to keep re-sizing it every time I run it and I need the error box to scroll so I can see what it is saying.

Can any one give me some kind of hint. I am good in c++ but know very little of java.
