Is this suitable to my age?

Hello,
My name is Mihir,
I live in india .
I have knowledge of C programing , C++ and a bit of a java. Also ROM development from the android sources, and lil apps in android and rooting stuffs , a bit knowledge of computer architecture too. Will i be able to understand this book? Or should i study something more and then read this book?
