Standalone Hack emulator exe?

Has anyone put together a standalone Hack emulator yet? It would be kind of nice to be able to just double click a .hack file and be off and running.

I've kicked around the idea, and the CPU portion wouldn't be all that hard, but I currently lack the knowhow to implement the Screen portion without a lot of pain and suffering and digging through my old reference books.

Pong works, but way too fast. I will have to add instructions per second limit.
