That would depend on what your instructor allows, but whether they allow it or not, I would strongly recommend against it. The point of these projects is for YOU to think about the problem, determine what needs to be done, and devise ways of doing it.
Ask yourself this -- would you learn very much by just going out to the many places on the Internet and grabbing someone else's solutions to the projects and turning them in? If not, then how much more would you learn by turning in solutions generated by ChatGPT?
