VM implementation over RISC-V/RARS platform

Figure 7.1 The virtual machine paradigm in The Book says we can build various VM implementations across multiple platform.

Therefore, I implemented for RISC-V/RARS (RV32I) platform.

The window named "Jack VM" is an addon of RARS implemented by me. I confirmed the screen is working as intended. Unfortunately, the keyboard is not working properly yet, but will be soon.
