When will Nand2Tetris Part 2 will be released on Coursera?

The Nand2Tetris website says "Nand2Tetris Part II (software, projects/chapters 7-12) will be launched in the same format in the spring of 2016" and it's almost the end of Spring. Also, will there there be a free option on Cousera? I'm just curious that is all.

Spring of the southern hemisphere starts September-ish. So probably around early September...
