can't find the source code of the compiler

I have downloaded tecs-open-source-2.5.zip as well as tecs-software-suite-2.5.zip, but I can't find the source code of the compiler.
Are there any suggestions on how can I get the source code?

If I remember correctly, the compiler is not included in the source, as it would serve as a solution to the compiler project.
