e2nd edition book missing

Clicking on "book" on the website only shows links to the first edition. As far as I can tell, there isn't even a mention of the second book existing on the site. That should probably be added somewhere.

The authors are aware of the need to get something about the 2Ed up on the site. I don't know the reason for the delay, but I can imagine that arrangements with the publisher and/or getting suitable PDF scans might be holding things up.
