Everythings works as it should - fine!

I have one short questions left - maybe you can help me
- in my testing file
   -> if have this line output-list a%B1.4.1 b%B1.4.1 out%B1.4.1;
       WHAT describes this line.

- or how do i know how to make the comparison lines (like spaces, like |, ..)
like
|  a   |  b   | out  |
| 1100 | 0011 | 1111 |
