If you are doing the course through nand2tetris.org, there is no submission or online grading mechanism.
You just write the HDL for the parts and run the corresponding .tst file in the HardwareSimulator and the test will either pass successfully or fail with a comparison failure.
If you want constructive criticism of your HDL files, you may email them to me and I'll return comments.
