Error with supplied OS files in testing Decimal-to-Binary Conversion

When I was testing my Decimal-to-Binary Conversion vm files, I copied the OS files into the folder like the book had directed, I loaded the ConverttoBin folder into the VM Emulator, and it was not working right. Then I used the text comparer to compare my vm file with the solution and they were exactly the same. Therefore, I asked my teacher what the problem was, and he suggested for me to delete the OS files from the folder. So I did what he told me to do, and it worked. I'm just letting you know that there must be something wrong with the supplied OS files because they don't work with testing the vm files for Decimal-to-Binary Conversion.
