Is nota an official internal pin of Not Gate?
If so, does every time it is displayed, generate the outcome of the negative of the variable inserted?

I'm not aware of any "official internal pin" names in any gate.

You can call your internal signals anything you want (as long as it is a legal name, of course).

"Every time it is displayed" where?

Wherever you are seeing it, it is most likely just using whatever name you used for the signal. Change the name to "fred" in your design and see what happens.
