It's very unlikely you will find one. Remember that the HDL language for Nand-2-Tetris was developed by the authors for this project. It's not used anywhere else (to the best of my knowledge). So someone would have had to write a program to do it and the audience/market for it is awfully small.

Having said that, there have been people that have written various utilities for N2T. Some of those have been posted on the forums here.

There are numerous tools out there for that. Most simulator software packages come with some kind of schematic capture software. Many of these have free versions (LTSpice, Tina, etc.). You also have schematic-only (or schematic-centered) tools like Digi-Key's Scheme-It online package.
