projects/12/Output.jack has 2 invalid characters

Hi,

the file projects/12/Output.jack has 2 characters on line 171 that do not belong to the ASCII set. I don't know which encoding is used, but it doesn't seem to be UTF-8.

I consider this as a bug because no encoding is specified anywhere, and all other files are compatible with UTF-8.
