regarding the installation of software

sir, i am  using windows 8.1.please help me to install and use nand2tetris software

Hello, did you try following the directions here?
http://nand2tetris.org/software.php

You should first make sure Java is installed (the "JRE" or "java runtime environment").

Next, download the nand2tetris software zip file, open the zip file, and then move the contents somewhere.

Post back once you have done this.

i installed JRE and moved contents of zip file in c folder.,what should i do next?
