Small issue with Muxer

EDIT: My initial post was wrong ( I thought the circuit diagrams had the selector swapped so out = A if sel == 1), I was reading the circuit diagram wrong.  Sorry.  But multiplexer *is* spelled incorrectly in all the comments for them.
