stuck Loading chip...

I meet a problem
when i use Hardware simulator to load Mux.hdl and any mux-related files.  
The simulator always present " Loading chip". And stay in this state. 【picture1】
But when i load other chip which can be loaded normally. 【picture2】

However, if I load the original unedited chip, it loads fine.【picture3】
